1st Time LOGIN Instructions to VB Next Online Banking:

For existing users of our current online banking system, Please have the following available to log in to our new Online Banking system:

• LOGON ID is your account number.
• If your Logon ID is only 5 characters, you will need to add a zero to the end to make it 6 characters. If your Logon ID is only 4 characters, you will add a zero to the beginning AND the end to make it 6 characters
• If your previous USER ID was changed from your account number, you will need to use that USER ID to begin the Logon process.

Example:

Logon ID 12345 must be entered as 123450.

Logon ID 1234 must be entered as 012340.

• SECURITY CODE (Password) for enrollment is the last 4-digits of the Primary Account Holder’s SSN. For business accounts, this will be the last 4-digits of the Business EIN. To begin the logon process, you will enter the last 4 digits of the appropriate number.

Example: 9876

You will be prompted to create a new Logon ID and Password/Security Code. Your new Logon ID should not be your account number!

You will be required to provide your email address and to create security questions and answers as part of your new profile.

Once these are changed, you will use your Logon ID and Security Code the next time you log onto Online Banking.
